Who We AreRoam is my new film series exploring the meeting points of faith, adventure and storytelling. Each episode will follow filmmaker Edward Morton (that's me) as I journey across sacred landscapes of the UK, seeking lost stories and rediscovering the spiritual heritage written into the land.
The nudge to go beyond the comfort of our modern lives and routines has called me to bring this project to life in the hopes it will offer an alternative perspective to the ever-consuming digital age.
Joined by friends (crazy enough to say yes), religious figures and lay voices, we’ll explore ancient pilgrim routes and uncover folklore and saint's stories- all of which I hope will prompt a deeper dive into discovering who we are.
I believe that the greatest adventures aren’t necessarily the ones that take us the furthest away,
they’re the ones that bring us home.
